You'll want to double-check your access rights in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to ensure you have the necessary permissions, Xiao.

 

Before we begin, could you please clarify what you mean by the "main account"? Are you referring to the Primary admin role in QBO?

 

If so, you can check your user roles by following these steps:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select Manage users under the Your Company menu.
  3. Find your name and check your assigned role. If you aren't listed as the Primary admin, your access is restricted.

 

Please note that only the Primary admin and the Company admin can manage users since these role holds the highest level of permissions and has full access to your QuickBooks account.

 

If you don't have the Primary admin access, please reach out to these Admins of account I've mentioned above so they can update your user role profile and provide you with the required permissions to perform tasks.
