I am to cancel my subscription but the page will not allow me to. There is nothing wrong with my computer, I have tried multiple times to do this. What do I do to cancel?

I continue to try and delete this account but the webpage will not allow me to do so. I cannot get in touch with anyone from Quickbooks. I do not want to continue to pay for this, I do not need it and the program did not work when trying to port over my 2023 tax info to Turbotax.

Welcome to the Community, Jeremiah.

It's sad to know that you now want to cancel your subscription.

If you don't need the service anymore, I'll show you the steps.

You can cancel the subscription based on how you got your subscription.

If you have bought your subscription directly from QuickBooks, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Go to the Gear  icon.
  3. Choose Billing Info, then select Cancel subscription.

If through the mobile app store, choose from the links below:

Here is an article for the complete details: Cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription.

You can still access QuickBooks Self-Employed until the end of your billing period and you have one year to resubscribe before your data will be deleted completely.

For future reference, you can read this article to help you check what doesn't export data from QuickBooks Self-Employed to TurboTax Self-Employed: Why some deductions don't automatically export to TurboTax Self-Employed.

Don't hesitate to click the Reply button below if you have questions about canceling your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription. I'm always here to help. Have a great day.
