Join nowHi there, matt,
Welcome to the QuickBooks family! I’m here to share some information about uploading TXT files when trying to e-file RT-6.
QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP) uses Adobe Reader as the default program for printing, saving, and emailing forms. Let’s first download your RT-6 tax form to PDF file. Here’s how:
Once done, you can change the PDF file to TXT file format on your computer.
You can visit the Florida Payroll Tax Compliance article for your additional guidance.
Keep in touch with me how it goes on your end, matt. If you have other payroll concerns, don't hesitate to post back. Rest assured, I’ll be around to help. Cheers!
Not helpful one bit, you cannot just change the extension to .TXT, nor can you even use CONVERTER. You have to created a delimited file which can be found on their website.
