With regards to the subscription charges, it's best to contact our phone support. They will need to access your account so they can discuss these subscription payments with you. Here's how:
- Open this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
- Select QuickBooks Online.
- Click Account Management, then select Manage Subscription.
- Get Phone Number.
