I can't connect one of my bank accounts. It will not let me edit the sign in information. My other accountant is connected. Any idea why?

Could you provide more information on the issue with connecting your account? Did you encounter any error messages? Also, when you mentioned being unable to edit sign info, were you referring to the account you are currently trying to connect to? Lastly, could you provide clarification on your statement about your other accountant being connected? Does this mean your bank account was previously connected to a different QBO account?
