Let's try updating your app in the settings to fix this. Here's how:
- Open the Play Store.
- Tap the Menu ⋮ icon.
- Tap My apps & games.
- Tap Installed.
- Swipe down to find QuickBooks Self-Employed.
- Tap Updated. If it says Open, it means your app is up-to-date.
Once updated, try to check if the information is now available in your account.
We can also try logging in our account to a web browser and check if we're able to get the 2018 information.
