Its May 2024 and it appears an issue from October 2023 is not fixed with the product and service list. How is one to add a new item or edit an existing one? We have been stuck with not being able to do invoicing.

There's a newly reported case about the inability to view, add, and edit products and services in QBO. Our engineers are currently working to fix this system issue as soon as possible.
For now, I would recommend contacting our support team. They'll get your contact information securely and then add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be receiving email updates about this issue.
