Before updating your credit card information, please ensure that the new card has a U.S.-based billing address and is currently active to avoid any potential notification errors. QuickBooks currently accepts several payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover), direct debit, PayPal, and Automated Clearing House (ACH).
Additionally, please note that only the Primary Admin has the authority to modify billing or payment information. To confirm your access level, please review your role in the Manage Users section. If you’re not the Primary Admin, you’ll need to ask the person in that role to make the updates on your behalf.
