I changed my password and I am not able to login to my account

I can help you log into your account successfully, keita-nyima-yaho.

 

You can try using the I forgot my user ID or Password option to recover your account.

 

Here's how:

  1. From the sign in page, select I forgot my user ID or Password.
  2. Enter your phone number or email address, then select Continue.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions. If you used your email address to verify your account, you'll receive an email with your user ID.
