I couldn't login as Admin, and i couldn't reset my Admin password as an Admin as well. Please help

I can help you get into your account successfully, @nchakur.

 

To resolve this, you’ll have to reset the Administrator password. You can do it using the QuickBooks Automated Password Reset Tool. For more information on how to do it, check this article: Use the Automated Password Reset Tool for QuickBooks Desktop

 

If the error persists, you can go to CAMPS and reset the password from there. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Go to camps.intuit.com and select I forgot my user ID or Password link from the sign-in page.
  2. Enter your phone number associated with your account and then select Continue.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions. 
  4. If that doesn’t help, go back to camps.intuit.com and select Claim Account, then follow the on-screen instructions.
