I entered a months worth of items in four accounts. I went to the dashboard to look at another item and when I checked the other accounts two months of entries are gone.

I entered a months worth of items in four accounts. I went to the dashboard to look at another item and when I checked the other accounts two months of entries are gone.

That's weird, kabshire13,

 

Were those items saved before you viewed the other accounts? Let's use the Audit Log feature to check what happened to the transactions.

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Audit Log.
  3. Select Filter.
  4. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  5. Select Apply.

If the transactions are deleted, you can follow the steps on this article to re-enter them: Use the audit log to re-enter deleted transactions.
