As of now, filing amended or corrected forms should be done outside QuickBooks Online. You can print some payroll reports and use them as your reference when filing the amended form. Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu and search for a payroll report.
- Filter the dates according to your preferences.
- Choose Run Report.
- Click the drop-down arrow from the upper right corner of your screen.
- Choose Export to Excel.
- Open the downloaded file and print it from there.
Once done, you can now manually file the amended from outside the program.

You can also customize the reports to get the details that matter the most to your business.
