I have an QB Online Simple Start plan for one client. Can I add an additional Online Simple Start Plan to my existing account for a different client?

Thanks for raising this question in the QuickBooks Community. Adding a new subscription to your old plan is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. 

However, you can create another Simple Start account with a similar email login to add your client. This way, you don't have to log out and log back in once switching. You can simply switch between these two companies by going to the Gear icon and selecting Switch company under the PROFILE section.
