I have been paying monthly yet I am told I have no account, anyone experienced this? Will try again during business hours but asking for help in meantime.

To resolve the issue of your monthly subscription payment, we recommend that you contact our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support team during business hours. Our support staff has specialized tools to help check and verify your account and resolve the issue with your subscription. 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company and select Help (?).
  2. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  3. Enter in the box the topic or ask questions you need help with and click Continue
  4. Choose a way to connect with us either Have us call you to get a call from a support expert, Chat with us to start a conversation with a support expertor Ask the community
