If you forget your QuickBooks Desktop password, it is simple to reset it. I'll show you how to get back into your company file:

 

  1. Select I forgot my password in the Company Login window.
  2. From the dropdown list, choose an email, then click Next. To reset your password, we'll email you a token.
  3. Enter the token from your email.
