I have set an email schedule for reports. They are not being sent. I am not receiving the cc for the sales receipts. why?

I have set an email schedule for reports. They are not being sent. I am not receiving the cc for the sales receipts. why?

Let's send a report or transaction to your email to check if Intuit's domain email is blocked by your service provider.

If you're unable to receive the emailed report or transaction, here are three solutions that you can choose to perform:

  • Reset your email address.
  • Clear and re-enter your email address
  • Configure server to accept QuickBooks Online mail server host names and IP addresses.

On the other hand, you can also add the Intuit's domain to your email safe sender or the whitelisted on your email account to make sure you receive the important communications from us.
