I just switched from Desktop to Online. My outgoing emails went through Outlook on desk top, now they go through online. Can I switch or add my Outlook email ?

Hello, jim-jvsremodelin. 

 

Let me share some information about changing the sender's outlook email address for the Sales form.

 

The default email address when sending sales forms like invoices, transactions, and reports is quickbooks@notification.intuit.com. Changing the sender's outlook email address in QBO is currently unavailable.  

 

Though, this is possible in QBDT. Once you set up an Outlook or Webmail profile so you can use your own email when sending invoices to customers.  

 

In the meantime, you can look for a third-party application that can support this feature while our Product Team continues to work on this. You can check out our QuickBooks Apps to find the best app for your business.
