To resolve this, I recommend clearing the app data on your mobile device to reset it to its default state. This process will free up storage without deleting your app documents and data.
For iOS users:
- Navigate to Settings, then tap General.
- Press iPhone Storage, then select the QuickBooks Online app.
- Click Offload app.
For Android users:
- Open your device Settings.
- Select Apps (varies by device).
- Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then go to Storage.
- Tap Clear data.
