Join nowWhy is this so hard? I have an error I can't resolve and I just can't make the registration process work. I'm trying to set myself up for QBOA. It's just not working. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this.
First problem:
I set up an account using an email in my business's domain ([email address removed]). The error I can't make go away involves the company address. It's a very straight-forward address. However, on the Overview Page, I keep getting a message saying
"We couldn't validate the address you entered. Update your address so we have the right one on file."
So I've reentered the information on the profile form more times than I can count and I still get the same message. I've cleared the cache and tried a different browser (Chrome and Mozilla so far". I can't solve the validation problem.
Second, I can't get this account set as a QBOA account. When I select QuickBook OnLine Accountant from the products list, I get a message saying
"We didn't find any companies for this account".
The options it gives me are
Sign in with a different account
Sign up for Quickbooks
Sign up for Quickbooks Desktop
Manage your subscriptions
None of these options give me access to QBOA. Can anyone help me with this? The documentation I found was of no help.
Thanks.
