I'm trying to build a custom report, I make the selections then click run report and it just shows a green spinning circle, and no matter how long I wait it never appearS

Stored data in your browser might cause this unexpected behavior. I’d be glad to guide you through the steps.

Let's try to log in to your account using a private window to check if this is a browser-related issue. You can use either of these shortcut keys:

• Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N.
• Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P.
• Internet Explorer: press CTRL+ Shift + P.
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N.

If it works, we need to clear the browser's cache. Clearing them fixes a certain problem like the website keeps on loading.  However, if that behavior still exists, I recommend using another browser to get this fixed.
