Based on your scenario, it looks like your email is associated with your paid QBSE and new QBO accounts. That may be the reason you're getting two options when clicking the link of an Inv. number.
If the Inv. number is related to your QBSE account, I'd suggest going to this link: selfemployed.intuit.com/login. Then, sign in using your Intuit credentials. Otherwise, you can go to this website for QBO-related one: qbo.intuit.com. This way, you'll be able to access the info tied to your email.
There are two ways to help you manage your data securely. First, use our One Intuit Account (OIA) Manager through this link: accounts.intuit.com. Second, go to the Intuit Account page from the Settings (⚙) icon. From there, you can easily change your email, user ID, or password for your two QuickBooks accounts. To learn more about this process, visit this article: Updating Login Credentials.
Additionally, I want to make sure I've got you covered. Are you using the same email address when accessing QBSE and QBO accounts? You can also attach a screenshot on the page where you can view the Inv. number before clicking it. Just use the Reply button below to add some details. That way, I can provide further steps to help resolve this issue.
I'm here anytime you have other concerns. Take care always, @jandjlandscaping.
I just sent a screenshot. This is an email from qb payment. I click on the link it sends me to the new qbo I started or QB self employed
Hello there, jandjlandscaping.
Based on the screenshot you've provided, it's showing the notification for the invoice payment you've received.
You can use this link if you want to access your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login. Make sure to enter the correct login credentials you used when you signed up for your account.
You'll also want to follow the steps provided by my colleague @RaymondJayO.
However, if you're still unable to access your account. I recommend contacting our support team to help you verify the login credentials that you use to sign in. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment. I've attached a screenshot on how you can access the contact numbers:
For future reference, you can also add transactions manually in QBSE.

So, I went ahead and cancelled my QBSO account, which was purchased through the Google play store using Gmail [email address removed]. I guess I'm going to go back and try re-entering all the info......
I also have Gmail [email address removed], when I tried to use this one it says there is no qbo account associated with it.... I'm wondering if maybe I signed up with this one and 30 day trial ran out or something... I don't know. I even signed up with qb Payments through the qbo account in question... ( The one that has the info I need....) I love the qbo program, it works for me, but this has been a major setback..... If only I could go back in time....
Thanks for getting back to us, jandjlandscaping,
Yes, you'll need to re-enter all information to have a new QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
On the other hand, I highly suggest contacting our QuickBooks Payments Team. This way, they'll be able to verify if you have an existing QuickBooks Online subscription using the email associated with the Payments account.
From there, they can help access your QBO and connect the Payments account.
