Welcome back to the Community @reagan1380-, glad you're back!
If you are wanting to give your CPA access to your QuickBooks Online account you can;
- Select the Gear icon at the top, then select Manage Users
- Go to the Accounting firms section
- Enter your accountant's/CPA's email address
- Click Invite
Your CPA will receive an email invitation with instructions for signing into your company file.
The status on the Manage Users page will show as Invited and will change to Active once the invitation is accepted.
