Since you're having trouble logging in to your account, QuickBooks desktop has an option to reset your password. Let's go to the QuickBooks Desktop Login window so you can open your company file. I'll walk you through the steps.
1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
2. At the login window, click I forgot my password.
3. Hit OK.
In case you got an error in resetting your password, you can use the Automated Password Reset Tool.
