Join nowI can't seem to disable eServices. Taxes and forms are set to "I'll pay and file the right agencies through their website or by mail." I also have tried changing browsers and clearing the cache but nothing seems to let me change my legal company name. Thank you in advance!
We appreciate your efforts in trying to fix the issue when updating your business information in QuickBooks Online, Chessie. I've got a couple of ideas to discuss so you can have this done in no time.
You're likely unable to go through the update due to permission limitations. Make sure to log in as the Master Admin of the account and then modify the Company legal name once more.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support team. They can take a look at your issue further, and disable the e-Services in your account for you. I'll show you how to reach support:
