I need to run the mileage report for January - yesterday, when I was paying for services, but can't without re-subscribing it appears

I can share information about how reports work in QBSE, northidahoproper.

Once we cancel our QBSE account, we can no longer create transactions and access your reports anymore. We'll have to resubscribe so that we'll be able to run the mileage report. We can do it on the web browser or in your mobile app (if you have one).

Here's how to resubscribe through a web browser:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click the Gear icon at the top right.
  3. Select Billing Info.
  4. You can click the View options if you want to select a different type of subscription with TurboTax or without.
  5. Confirm the billing information and CVV number.
  6. Click Subscribe to complete the process.

You can follow these steps to resubscribe in the mobile app:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click the main menu.
  3. Tap Subscription.
  4. Select the option - QuickBooks Self-Employed or Self-Employed Tax Bundle.
  5. Follow the on-screen instruction with your app store to complete the process.

Once done, an order confirmation email will be sent to you.

For more information about this process, you can visit this article: How to resubscribe to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Check out these steps to view your mileage report:

  1. Log into QBSE.
  2. Select Reports from the sidebar menu.
  3. Choose Mileage log.
  4. Select 2020 from the drop-down arrow to view your trips from January until yesterday.

If there's anything I can help you with, don't hesitate to tag me in your comment below. I'll be right here to keep helping.
