You can check your account status if it has been cancelled/deactivated or if you have a standard no-access role, @jokula.
If your QBO account has been deactivated, please ensure that your linked credit or debit card is active and has sufficient funds to cover the upcoming billing charges. Be aware that the system automatically sends an email notification explaining the reason for the account deactivation. To review and resolve this issue, update your card details by following these steps:
- Go to the Settings/Gear icon on the upper right.
- Select Subscriptions and billing.
- Go to Payment method and select Edit ✎.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to update and save the card info.
The system will automatically attempt to process the payment on your card. If your account still has read-only access after 24 hours, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support team through your QBO account for further assistance. Their advanced tools allow them to address and resolve such issues efficiently.
