I paid for annual Quickbooks subscription but the app will not recognize it. How do I get the subscription to activate. I have enter my ITune password for updates.

I paid for annual Quickbooks subscription but the app will not recognize it. How do I get the subscription to activate. I have enter my ITune password for updates.

Let me share some insights about the Apple billing for QuickBooks Online. As soon as they charge your credit card for the subscription, you should be able to get back with using the product.

 

To verify the payment, I suggest reaching out to the Apple Support Team. One of them will need to take a look into your account and ensure it's activated on their end.

 

Also, please make sure to use your existing QuickBooks login credentials to ensure it shows active. If the payment went through after contacting them, I recommend you proceed with reaching out to our QuickBooks Customer Care.

 

They'll need to take over from here to review your account and sort this out as quickly as possible. Here’s how you can reach them:

 

  1. In your company, go the Help icon to choose Contact Us.
  2. Type the issue/topic under the What can we help you with section and then hit the Let’s talk button.
  3. Scroll down to select the Get a callback option and then enter your contact information.
