I payed for my subscription WHY did you SUSPEND

I want to fix your suspended account as quickly as possible, orangeadvancemen.

 

I've got the steps that help with your suspended QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Doing so will allow you to return to where you left off as soon as possible.

 

The QBO account will be suspended if we cannot successfully process payment for your subscription. All discontinued accounts will have a view-only access mode. You can still read all your company data but can't add or edit data. Not to worry about it because you can reactivate your subscription at any time by updating your payment details.

 

Proceed as follows:

 

  1.  Sign in to your QBO as a master admin
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then pick Account and Settings.
  3. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Under Payment method, click Edit.
  5. Enter the updated credit card or bank information in the appropriate fields. Ensure that the billing address in QBO is the same on your credit card statement. 
  6. Tap Save changes

 

Once the credit card has been updated, the suspension should be lifted shortly or at midnight PST. You can check this article for more insights: If your QuickBooks Online account gets suspended.

 

If the problem continues, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to investigate your account and the root cause of the error in a secured environment.
