I received 3 emails that my account was updated, but I did not make any updates at the time of the emails. What do I do?

It's important to verify whether the email you received is truly from Intuit, @sandy35.

Intuit will never make changes to your account without your authorization. You maintain full control over your Intuit account at all times. Also, legitimate Intuit emails will always come from an address ending in @intuit.com or @e.intuit.com.

Suspicious emails may claim to be from Intuit and often attempt to prompt you into actions such as logging in, sharing personal information, or downloading files or software.

If you're uncertain about the email's legitimacy, I recommend contacting our Security Center. They can help verify its authenticity and offer security tips to safeguard your account.

Here’s how:

  1. Visit our Security Center through this link: https://security.intuit.com/
  2. Click on Contact Us.
  3. Select Report a fake email (phishing email) and follow the instructions.
