Yes, Ed129. We have a specific website where you can report phishing emails. I'll guide you to report this.

When you receive emails from suspicious senders, we can submit a report directly to our security team through that platform. Also, it's best to avoid opening or accessing any of the links included if you receive an email that looks suspicious.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to the Online Security Center page.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Look for Report a fake email (or phishing email) and click on it.

You also have the option to unsubscribe from the email if there's a provided option within the body of the email or at the bottom.

On the other hand, here are a few pointers to help you identify the emails from Intuit:

  • We’ll never ask for your personal info in an email.
  • Our emails will always originate from an email address ending with @intuit.com, including @e.intuit.com.
  • Any link we send you in an email will always be for an intuit.com address.

For further details, refer to this article: Identify suspicious activity, phishing scams, and potential fraud.

Furthermore, I've included an article to enhance your understanding of how we handle and secure your company's information: Privacy and security in QuickBooks.

We've got your back for follow-up questions with your QuickBooks security, and click the Reply button to comment below to keep me informed.

@Heide DC  @ed129  To correct what has been repeated misleading information:

Phishing e-mails can absolutely appear to be coming from any e-mail the sender wants, including the ones @Heide DC  mentioned. A common way of doing this is to simply name themselves by the e-mail address they want to appear as, even though hovering over their name with your cursor will reveal an entirely different e-mail address.

You can report it, but they won't care. As far as I've heard, there have even been Intuit employees leaking people's information, leading to a great many waves of spam towards their customers.
