I received an invite via email. I have multiple ID's and it will not let me select the ID I want to use in the body of the email

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. It's my priority to help and ensure that you'll be able to login as a new user. 

 

The Master/Company Admin will set up contact information when adding a new user which includes your First name, Last name, and Email. You'll need to use the Email that was setup under your account information since that will use as your user ID. 

 

Once you're able to login, you can definitely change your user ID or password by following the steps below: 

  1. Select the Gear Icon.
  2. Under Profile, choose User Profile.
  3. To change your user ID or email address, select Edit.
  4. To change your password, select Security from the left menu and click Edit

However, if the issue still persists, I recommend calling our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have additional tools to pull up your account and investigate this further.
