I understand the importance of accessing your husband's company in QuickBooks Online (QBO), bnbookkeeping. I'm here to share insights about this.
Ensure that you are added as the accountant for all the companies if you wish to switch to another company under your husband.
Here's how:
- Log into the QuickBooks account.
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Manage Users.

- Go to the Users or Accounting Firms tab.
- Enter your accountant's email address, then select Invite.
Once you've accepted the invitation, you can establish a password that matches the one for your QBO accountant. After completing this step, you'll be able to switch to your husband's account.
