On the other hand, the QuickBooks Online app is no longer supported as of April 20, 2021. You can only use the app as long as the browser you're using supports it.
Yet, you'll no longer be able to download and receive customer support or receive software updates and bug fixes to the app. Your account is not affected and you can sign in through the app or a browser.
Once your browser no longer supports your app, I recommend accessing it through your preferred browser by signing in qbo.intuit.com.
