It's important to note that the account's region is tied to the website where the subscription was initially made and cannot be changed.
To change the country, you will need to create a new account by selecting the desired country first: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
After creating the new account, you can then export your data (including your chart of accounts, customers, vendors, etc.) from the old account and import it into the new one.
Finally, be sure to cancel the original subscription to avoid any unnecessary charges.
