I hate to hear you're leaving us but also understand sometimes business needs change. I can walk you through the steps to cancel your Self-Employed subscription.
This can be done by:
1. Clicking the Gear icon (settings).
2. Select Billing info.
3. Choose Cancel Now, and enter any feedback if you'd like.
4. Select Cancel subscription.
