I want to see all transactions for customers even if they are recorded in a register, how do I do that without running a report? I want to be a ble to go to "Customer"

On the destop version, I can go to customers, find the customer I want to look at and see all the transactions listed under that customer, no matter where a transation was recorded. I record transactions in my bank registers.  In the Online version nothing shows up in the customer folder.
Is there a way to view it under that customer without having to create a report each time?

Viewing all transactions for a specific customer is an easy process, artisticadd.

You can find the customer's transactions by opening their customer details page.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Customers sections.
  2. Find the customer you want to view transactions for and click on their name to open their customer details page.1.PNG
  3. On the customer details page, click on the Transaction List tab.
  4. If you don't see all the transactions, select All Transactions from the Type drop-down menu at the top of the list.Capture2.PNG

I've added this article to help you stay organized and keep track of your customers: Add and manage customers.

I'm still all ears if you have additional questions about customer transactions in QuickBooks Online. Have a good one.
