I work for a non-profit and we need to go to QB Advanced under a different email in order to get discounted software. What is the best way to transfer this information.

I'd be glad to show you step by step process in transferring QuickBooks Online (QBO) company data to another. 

To do this, you can export your list and other info from your company allocated on the current address to the company under a different email. Here's how:

1. Log in to the QBO account under the current address.
2. Navigate to the Gear icon and choose Export data.
3. Select the data you want to be imported.
4. Once finished, click the Export to Excel button.
5. When finished, you'd see a .ZIP file containing the exported data. 
6. Next is to import the files to the other QBO company.

TechSoup will give you a new blank account and Support won't help to migrate the data. You may have 3 ways to migrate the data:

1. Utilize a migration tool

3. Purchase a 3rd party migration service.
