If I want to bring in historic transactions, what report should i download from Amazon to align with Amazon Seller Connector App

The transactions I want are older than the app will allow so I have to import them form a file.

I appreciate you for getting in touch, @counterplace. Let me share some insights about downloading reports with historical transactions from Amazon, which you can then sync with your Amazon Seller Connector App.

Since Amazon is a third-party application, it's advisable to contact their Amazon Customer Support team to ensure the best guidance on what report to pull up to align transactions using the Amazon Seller Connector App.

Additionally, to learn more about importing data into QuickBooks Online, we have helpful resources that provide step-by-step instructions and videos. You can check out the following links:

You can try use a 3rd party connector as a workaround.

If I want to bring in historic transactions, what report should i download from Amazon to align with Amazon Seller Connector App

Hey there,

I had the same problem when I needed to bring in older Amazon transactions. The Amazon Seller Connector wouldn’t let me go back far enough, so I had to find another way.

I downloaded the Amazon Settlement Reports, which have all the info: sales, refunds, shipping, and fees. But importing them into QuickBooks manually was a mess. That’s when I started using Synder, and it made everything so much easier.

Synder lets you upload those settlement reports and brings all the data into QuickBooks for you. It maps the sales, refunds, and fees exactly like Amazon shows them, so you don’t have to fix anything afterward. I also use Synder for ongoing syncs, and it keeps everything clean and accurate.

If you want to bring in old Amazon data without all the stress, I’d definitely recommend using Synder. It saved me a lot of time and hassle. Hope this helps!
