Good to see you posting here in Community, Kimberley. Currently, the statement type report is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Meanhwile, we can run the Sales by Customer Summary instead. I'll be glad to walk you through the process.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to Reports menu, and search for Sales by Customer Summary.
- Customize the Report according to your prefferences.
- Once done click on Run report.
