Has anyone else been floored by the increase in this year's cost to renew QB subscription? For us (QB online) it has almost doubled! What can be the justification for that huge of an increase?

These people are highway robbers. My rate was 430.00 for the year. They sent an email stating about a price increase to 860.00 on or after 4/19. I called 4/18 to renew and the agent told me not to worry that it would only be 430.00. I said fine, Lo and behold it 860 plus tax 916.00. I called in to complain and the idiot agent told me he misspoke and my rate is no longer discounted. i filed a claim with my credit card co. The agent told me 4/18 dont worry it wont change price. This company is a bunch of thieves and liars. And I have been a customer since 2002. Screw Quickbooks
