For detailed information on reviewing user permissions, please refer to this article: Create and manage users and roles in QuickBooks Desktop.
I will include this article to help you learn how to configure data-level permissions for a user's job role, allowing you to grant access only to the areas of QuickBooks necessary for their responsibilities: Create data-level permissions.
Feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions regarding unlinking QuickBooks Desktop from Intuit and managing user permissions, @Accounting4All. I'll be more than happy to answer them.
