Join nowWhy is it that Intuit consistently sends e-mails with NO account name? As an accountant, I have several of my own accounts and 50+ client accounts. I am always sent e-mails with no account name, how am I supposed to know who it relates to? many accountants would face the same issue, as would anyone with more than one QBO account.
For instance, I received this pointless e-mail:
"Hi Bryan,
This is the acknowledgement of the consent you provided to Intuit Limited on 11/09/2023 to access the following data from your Barclays Business Banking (UK) bank accounts:"
I have no clue who it relates to!
Surely it cannot be that difficult for Intuit to add an account name field?
I got your point, ru4fish. I appreciate your input and understand the importance of having a clear and information of the email, especially for users like you who manage multiple accounts, including multiple clients.
I understand that this is quite challenging to identify which account each email pertains to. While this option is unavailable, I recommend sending feedback straight to our product developer. We're committed to improving this aspect of our service to better meet your needs.
In the meantime, if you have any specific concerns or need assistance with any of your accounts, please don't hesitate post again. I'm here to ensure your experience with Intuit is as smooth and productive as possible.
Thanks - I've already mentioned this on Feedback several times.
