Intuit will not credit us for the account we haven't used in two years but has been billed by them. They have charged $4681.48 in Sept of 2023 and $6171.93 in Sept of 2024 for QB Enterprise and ALSO $1449 in March of 2023 and $1599 in March of 2024 for QuickBooks plus. Somebody didn't do their job when we upgraded to Enterprise and now we are paying for it with no chance of a refund. I spoke to one guy who promised me over a $3k refund on 1/21/25 but that didn't happen. All we got was a small refund for $613.68. Called again today and was told "Sorry we can't refund you for a product that wasn't cancelled and we can't tell if it was used." I was sent a link to try and get a refund but when I enter the date and amount of the charge (which is shown under my account) I get a message saying "We can't find that charge" This is such BS. Is there someplace I can actually send an email to the billing department to find some help without having to verify the order number and amount?
