Invoices

When I create an invoice and search for products to add to the invoice, the android mobile app will not pull up all products. It works fine on a laptop. Any suggestions!?

That did not help. I have products with multiple prices, it only pulls up just one of the prices.

We have to perform an in-depth investigation to find out why only one price is showing for your products that have multiple prices. The process requires us to access your account and review the item setup.
