Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @lisa-mmheatingai.
At this time, there isn't a way to view project attachments in the QuickBooks mobile app.
I know that this option is beneficial to you and your business to review project attachments while on the go. However, you can consider logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a browser on your mobile phone. From there, you can go to the Project page and view the attachments.
Also, I suggest submitting feedback directly to our product engineers. They may look into this suggestion and consider adding the option in future updates. To submit feedback, you can click the Gear icon and select Feedback. Then, enter your suggestion and click Submit Feedback.
You may want to track your labor costs and profitability using the project feature. This article will guide you through the process: Track hourly labor costs and profitability by project in QuickBooks Online.
It’s nice to work with you, @lisa-mmheatingai. Don't hesitate to click the Reply button below if you need further assistance managing projects in QuickBooks.
Thank you for your response Mark! We were able to see what we needed logging on through the browser on our mobile devices as you suggested. Thanks again.
