It's good to have you here in the Community space, @soulbodyworks. Let me share some information about the billing options in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Once you resubscribe in QBO, there's an option to switch your billing schedule from annual to monthly and vice versa. Before doing so, please know there are a couple of things you should know before updating the payment schedule.
First, if you want to renew a canceled or terminated annual subscription as a monthly subscription, you should renew it as an annual, then switch to monthly. Next, you will get a refund for any unused portion of your old annual plan that can't roll over as credit on your new plan. Lastly, if you switch from annual to monthly billing, you may have to wait until there are 30 days before your next payment.
Afterward, you can follow the steps below to switch to the desired subscription billing schedule:
In addition, I'll attach a helpful article for more details about your QuickBooks Online subscription: Manage your billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.
Also, in case you want to use more accounting features and advanced settings to manage your business, you can upgrade your plan to higher subscriptions available in the program.
The Community will always be here if you have other concerns about managing your subscriptions or any inquiries in QuickBooks Online. Have a great day!
