Currently, clearing the unbilled transactions at once is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, you can click them one at a time in the Unbilled Charge report. Then untick the Billable (hr) and Delete them manually.
Or convert them to invoices and delete them at once. Here's how:

Honestly, no, this did not help. I am already having to click one transaction at a time, which really means 4-5 clicks with a delay between each to clear one transactions. I pay way to much $$ for this subscription to continue getting subpar options and still can't confidently say I trust the reporting and details for my jobs. This needs to be addressed by the programmers and start helping the consumer better utilize our time and energy keeping up with our business rather than reworking a delayed and broken process. I wish I had never moved over from the desktop version. I at least trusted the data and could toggle between screens.

I just followed this process but had to delete the product and service out of all 311 lines, because they were old, deleted accounting codes. Converted all of it to an invoice once finished. Went in and deleted the invoice for all the unbilled time with a zero balance to go right back to where I had just pulled it from. Therefore, I do not think this process works and is still a lot of work/wasted time.
