Is there a way to copy a bulk email list of my customers or a way to email my customer contact list in a bulk email?

I'd be glad to help you send your customer contact list in a bulk email. Let me show you how:

 

  1. On the left panel, click Reports.
  2. Type Customer Contact List in the search box.
  3. Click the Customize button located in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Under Rows/Columns, click the Change Columns link.
  5. Put a check mark on the Email box.
  6. Click Run Report.
  7. Click the Email  icon, use comma in the To field if sending email to multiple recipients. 

 

Also, you can save the customization you've made for future use.

You did answer the question I asked. But maybe I didn't ask the question I need correctly . Is there a way to email multiple customers at one time,  or a way to copy multiple customers emails and paste into a email?

There's definitely a way to do that, certifiedhomeins.

 

You can send the Customer Contact List report to multiple email addresses directly from QuickBooks Online. In this process, you'll have to enter the multiple email addresses separated by a comma and space so you can send the report at once. Here's how:
 

  1. Select Reports from the sidebar menu.
  2. Under the Sales and customers section, choose Customer Contact List.
  3. Click the Email icon. 
  4. Select Email to open the Email Report window.
  5. In the To field, type in the email addresses separated by a comma and space.
  6. Enter the email addresses in the Cc field as needed.
  7. Hit Send to complete the process.

If you want to copy the email address of your customers, you can export the Customer Contact List report to an Excel file. This way, it will be easier for you to get their emails.

I think the answer is No, from within QuickBooks.

 

However, you can use our BRC Excel Batch-Email Manager  to do this.  First, export a report like the Customer Contact list to Excel (where you've added the Email column to it).  Then use the Batch-Email Manager to create and send a custom email to each customer.
