I can see the relevance of the option to allow a user to access only one bank account when using QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, that feature is unavailable.
For now, it is best to put forward your suggestions and feedback regarding this option to our product developer. They may consider your suggestion in our future updates. Here's how you can send feedback:

I want to add my personal bank account to quickbooks online business account but restrict access to only myself. Since that feature is not available how do you suggest I proceed. Do I need to establish another "company" in my QBO account?
Thanks for joining us here, Pooster23. I can share an alternative solution to your problem.
As of now, the feature to limit access to a particular connected bank account is unavailable in QBO. I'll take note of this to help improve your experience.
In general, it's recommended to avoid mixing business and personal expenditures. Separating your finances can make it easier to get an accurate picture of your company's cash flow.
If you need to connect your own bank account, you'll want to consider using Mint instead. This personal financial management website and mobile app syncs with your financial institution to track your income and purchases. It comes with a daily budget planner, which suggests goals based on your spending.
Mint automatically updates and categorizes the transactions for you, but you have the option to revise and add categories as needed. In addition to that, it can help you create savings objectives and track your investments. For more details, please visit this link: https://mint.intuit.com/how-mint-works/.
You may also visit our store to search for other integrated third-party applications that can manage your personal finances.
If I can be of any additional assistance, please don't hesitate to tag me in your comments and posts. Take care and have a great rest of the day, Pooster23!
