Is there a way to setup several dba s under one business account?

I'd be happy to help share some information about adding another company to the same QuickBooks Online account, Mark.

The option to set up several DBA's under one business account is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). One company file is equivalent to one subscription. What we can do is sign-up for a new QBO account to create another company.

If you want to use your existing Intuit ID, log into your current company when creating a new account. Just click on the Add another company button when creating a new one. Then, you'll only be asked for an Email address and Password (you should be using the same email address). Here's how to add a second account:

1. Go to the QuickBooks pricing page and select the subscription you want. 
2. Click Choose plan.
3. Under a plan, you wish to subscribe tp a payroll plan. Of not, click Continue without payroll.
4. Enter your login credentials.
    
5. Click Yes, that's correct if you wish to have universal log-in credentials. Or you can select Sign in with a different ID or Create a new account if you wish otherwise.
6. Enter your billing information. Make sure to put a checkmark in the option saying I have read and agree to the terms above.
7. Click Get started.

To switch between companies, here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
2. Select Switch Company.
3. Click the company you want to switch to.
